Airlines Suspend Middle East Routes Amid Crisis.

Several global carriers, including Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Air India, Malaysia Airlines, Scoot, IndiGo, and Philippine Airlines, have suspended key Middle East routes due to escalating regional tensions.

The move follows rising uncertainty linked to the Iran–Israel conflict, impacting air travel across major hubs including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.

Cathay Pacific has specifically announced the suspension of flights to Dubai and Riyadh until April 30, 2026, as a precautionary safety measure for passengers and crew. Other airlines have also taken similar steps, either suspending or rerouting flights to avoid high-risk airspace.

Passengers planning travel to or via the Middle East are advised to check with their respective airlines for updates, possible rescheduling, or refunds, as the situation remains fluid and subject to further changes.
