Gujarat Honoured for Aviation Ecosystem Promotion at Wings India 2026.

Gujarat has been awarded the ‘Best State for Promotion of Aviation Ecosystem’ at Wings India-2026, held at Begumpet Airport, Hyderabad, from January 28 to 31. The award recognises the state’s consistent efforts to strengthen aviation infrastructure and supportive policies.

Joint recipients:
Telangana and Uttarakhand were also named joint winners in the same category.

Civil Aviation Commissioner KL Bachani credited the achievement to the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and the state government’s vision.
