No More Free Tickets, IDFC First, SBI Revamp Club Vistara Credit Card Perks.

IDFC First Bank and SBICards have announced significant changes to the Club Vistara co-branded credit card perks, marking the end of some key benefits for cardholders starting the next financial year. The adjustments come as both banks revamp their offerings for the popular frequent flyer program.

IDFC First Bank has confirmed that, effective March 31, 2025, it will discontinue annual benefits for its Club Vistara credit cardholders, including milestone ticket vouchers. These changes are part of a broader revision to the card’s benefits structure, signaling the end of some of the more attractive features for loyal customers.

Similarly, SBICards is set to revise its Club Vistara SBI and Club Vistara SBI PRIME credit cards, effective April 1, 2025. While the specific changes to these cards haven’t been fully disclosed, cardholders can expect modifications to the benefits tied to the Club Vistara program, likely reducing the rewards and incentives associated with the cards.

These changes are expected to impact a significant number of travelers who have relied on the perks offered by these co-branded cards for frequent flyer miles and access to exclusive rewards. Both IDFC First and SBICards have indicated that the changes will reflect evolving market conditions and a shift in customer preferences, but the move has left many cardholders disappointed.

As the revisions take effect, customers are encouraged to review their credit card terms and consider alternative options if the updated benefits no longer align with their travel needs.
