Air India to Showcase Premium Products at OTM 2025.

Air India, India’s leading global airline, is set to make a grand appearance at the Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) 2025, Asia’s premier travel trade show. The event will be held from 30 January to 1 February 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai. Air India will use this platform to showcase its premium cabin products and the in-flight experience that has been transforming the airline into a global leader.

The airline’s booth will feature a unique, immersive experience for visitors, with a live demonstration of the Business Class and Premium Economy seats available on its newly retrofitted A320 aircraft. Designed to provide comfort and luxury, these cabins include modern features such as mood lighting, spacious legroom, and portable electronic device holders, along with USB ports for easy charging of mobile phones, laptops, and other devices.

In addition to the physical seat displays, Air India will introduce a Virtual Reality (VR) experience zone, allowing visitors to take a virtual tour of its brand-new A350 aircraft. The A350s, recently deployed on key international routes like Delhi-London Heathrow, New York (JFK), and Newark, offer world-class comfort and technology. With 28 private Business Class suites in a 1-2-1 configuration, each suite provides direct aisle access, a sliding privacy door, a personal wardrobe, and the latest in-flight entertainment system.

The A350’s Economy Class is designed for maximum comfort, featuring 264 spacious seats arranged in a 3-3-3 configuration. Every seat across both cabins is equipped with Panasonic’s eX3 in-flight entertainment system and HD screens, offering over 3,800 hours of entertainment. Passengers can also enjoy the airline’s new signature soft product, with upgraded chinaware, plush bedding, and bespoke amenity kits.

Air India is also set to present a refreshed dining experience, showcasing a selection of in-flight meals with enhanced menu options. This will provide a taste of the airline’s commitment to offering its passengers not just great service but an elevated journey from takeoff to landing.

Visitors to the Air India booth will have the opportunity to sign up for Maharaja Club, the airline’s newly launched frequent flyer program, which offers exclusive benefits and privileges for its members. To make the experience even more exciting, the booth will feature a raffle with prizes including curated gift hampers and even a complimentary economy class ticket.
