Airbus Builds Record Cargo Door for A350F.

Airbus has completed the largest main deck cargo door ever built for the upcoming Airbus A350F, marking a major milestone in its development.

The massive cargo door, measuring 4.5 meters wide and 4.3 meters high, is designed to improve loading efficiency and handle oversized freight with ease. It was developed in Spain and transported to the final assembly line in Toulouse.

Once integrated into the aircraft fuselage, the component will undergo extensive ground testing before further certification steps. The innovation highlights Airbus’ push into the widebody freighter market.

With the A350F, Airbus aims to compete strongly against Boeing in the cargo aircraft segment, offering advanced design and improved operational capabilities.
