The Pilatus PC-12 is a single-engine turboprop passenger and cargo aircraft manufactured by Pilatus Aircraft of Stans, Switzerland in 1991. The main market for this aircraft is corporate transportation and regional airliner operators, and it is in direct competition with the King Air product line. The Pilatus PC-12 NG (Next Generation) was launched in 2007 and first delivered in May 2008.
The Pilatus PC-12NG has gained a reputation for outstanding versatility, performance, reliability and operational flexibility. As such, it is one of the most popular aircraft on the market. The performance of the PC-12 NG, its large cabin, and the standard cargo baggage compartment make it a favorite of part 91 and part 135 operators around the world. The cockpit is equipped with Honeywell Primus Apex avionics, including Primary Flight Displays, Multi-Function Displays, SmartView systems and 3D rendering of terrain. Powered by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-67P engine, the PC-12 NG can travel up to 1,635 nm.
