Akasa Air has inducted its 34th aircraft, a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200, as part of its aggressive growth strategy for 2026. The new jet arrived in Bengaluru after a multi-leg delivery flight from Seattle, strengthening the airline’s capacity and network plans.

Akasa Air received a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 registered VT-YBL.

Long delivery route:
The aircraft reached Kempegowda International Airport on 16 February 2026 via Iceland and Cyprus from Seattle.

This is the airline’s third aircraft induction in under two months.
