Alliance Air Flight Suffers Tyre Burst in Bilaspur

A Delhi–Bilaspur Alliance Air flight suffered a tyre burst while landing at Bilaspur Airport in Chhattisgarh on Friday, with all 41 people onboard safely evacuated.

Flight 9I 613, operated by Alliance Air, was carrying 37 passengers and four crew members when the incident occurred at around 11 a.m. The aircraft’s left-side tyre reportedly suffered a puncture during landing, according to an airline official cited by PTI.

Following the incident, airport and airline personnel safely evacuated all passengers and crew members from the runway and escorted them to the terminal building. No injuries were reported, and everyone onboard was confirmed safe.

The incident temporarily drew attention to flight safety at the airport, while the aircraft will be inspected to determine the condition of the tyre and whether any further technical checks are required.
