American Airlines Expands Luxury Travel With PS Partnership.

American Airlines has partnered with private terminal operator PS to offer its exclusive ConciergeKey members a luxury ground experience designed to mirror private aviation while still flying commercially.

The partnership grants eligible travelers complimentary access to the PS Salon service at select airports, allowing them to bypass crowded public terminals entirely. Passengers are provided with private TSA screening, baggage handling, premium lounge access with food and beverages, and direct airside transportation to their aircraft. Upon arrival from eligible international flights, customs and immigration processing can also be completed privately at the PS facility instead of the main terminal.

The benefit will initially be available at Los Angeles International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, and Miami International Airport, while the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport location is not included in the agreement. The Miami facility is particularly notable as it operates from the historic former Pan Am Airways headquarters building.

ConciergeKey remains American Airlines’ invitation-only elite tier, typically reserved for passengers with extremely high annual spending and loyalty activity. Members already receive top-tier upgrade priority, premium check-in access, and dedicated connection services, but the addition of PS access marks one of the most visible luxury enhancements to the program in recent years.

The announcement also comes during a period of broader operational debate for the airline, as American continues balancing premium investment for elite travelers while facing criticism over fees, boarding systems, and passenger experience for standard customers.
