China Eastern Permanently Bans Passenger After Crew Clash.

China Eastern Airlines has permanently banned a passenger from its flights following a confrontation with a cabin crew member. The incident occurred on September 28 aboard flight MU6741, which was travelling from Hefei to Dalian.

According to reports, the incident began after a passenger was disturbed by a food cart while sleeping. A disagreement followed, during which the passenger allegedly made inappropriate demands toward the cabin crew member.

Other passengers and security personnel intervened to control the situation. The airline later reviewed the incident and concluded that the passenger had disrupted cabin order and affected the dignity and professional rights of the crew member.

China Eastern has now imposed a permanent ban on the passenger and reported the matter to the relevant authorities. The airline is also providing psychological and legal support to the affected crew member.
