IndiGo has partnered with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) to enhance passenger benefits by enabling loyalty rewards on duty-free shopping across Adani-managed airports in India.
Under this collaboration, members of IndiGo’s BluChip loyalty programme will be able to earn reward points on duty-free purchases. The integration connects the airline’s rewards system with Adani’s airport retail platform, creating a more seamless travel and shopping experience.
Passengers will also have the option to pre-order duty-free products online and conveniently collect them at the airport before departure or after arrival. This initiative aims to save time while adding value for frequent flyers.
The partnership marks a strategic step towards improving customer engagement and expanding digital services, as both companies look to enhance the overall airport experience for travelers.
