A delayed IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Krabi on January 12 led to multiple passenger complaints over service issues and alleged misbehavior onboard.
Travelers reported a significant delay, causing frustration, with one passenger traveling with a five-month-old infant claiming no food or water was provided for an extended period despite repeated requests to cabin crew.
The situation escalated when a woman, reportedly related to a pilot, allegedly used abusive language and questioned other passengers’ “humanity,” according to those onboard. Another passenger also reportedly used inappropriate language during the heated exchange.
IndiGo has yet to officially comment on the incident, while passengers emphasized the need for better communication, amenities, and professional conduct during delays to ensure a safe and respectful travel environment.
