IndiGo Passenger Booked For Misconduct Onboard.

A passenger aboard an IndiGo Hyderabad–Udaipur flight was booked after allegedly photographing female cabin crew in an objectionable manner and misbehaving with a co-passenger at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport.

The incident occurred on flight 6E-6323 on April 24, where the accused, identified as Praveen from Tamil Nadu, was reportedly under the influence of alcohol. He allegedly used his phone to take inappropriate photos of crew members and behaved abusively despite repeated warnings.

Following complaints, the crew deboarded the passenger and handed him over to airport police. Authorities registered a case under Section 79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for insulting the modesty of a woman.

Officials confirmed that legal action has been initiated, highlighting strict enforcement against unruly passenger behavior and ensuring safety and dignity onboard flights.
