Kuwait’s Civil Aviation Authority has announced updated check-in counter closing times for passengers travelling through Kuwait International Airport ahead of the airport’s reopening for international operations.
According to the authority, check-in counters for flights to GCC and Arab countries will close one hour before scheduled departure time. For flights to all other international destinations, check-in counters will close one hour and 30 minutes before departure.
The updated guidance comes as Kuwait International Airport prepares to resume Arab and international airline operations starting June 1 after remaining closed for several months following the Iranian aggression on Kuwait.
Passengers travelling through the airport have been advised to arrive early and complete all travel procedures within the specified time limits to avoid delays before departure.
