Naidu Calls Adani–Embraer Pact Big Aviation Boost.

Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu on Tuesday hailed the Adani Aerospace and Defence–Embraer partnership as a landmark step for India’s aviation sector. He said the collaboration will play a crucial role in developing regional transport aircraft and strengthening the country’s self-reliant aviation ecosystem under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. The minister emphasized that such global tie-ups will accelerate domestic manufacturing and technological growth in aviation.

Major Push for Atmanirbhar Bharat:
Naidu said the partnership aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of building a strong, self-reliant aviation industry through reforms and innovation.

Boost to Regional Aircraft Development:
The collaboration is expected to speed up the development of regional transport aircraft, improving connectivity and manufacturing capabilities within India.

Strengthening Onshore Manufacturing:
The minister noted that the pact would help bring advanced aviation manufacturing and technology to Indian soil.

India–Brazil Strategic Cooperation:
He added that the deal reflects deepening ties between India and Brazil, with aviation emerging as a key area of future bilateral cooperation.
