Nini Lauofo Earns Private Pilot License.

Nini Lauofo has officially earned her Private Pilot License, marking a proud milestone for Ta’ū, Manu’a and the wider Samoan community. Her achievement is being celebrated as an inspiring moment for aspiring aviators across the Territory.

Nini is the daughter of the late Chief Lauofo Ta’alo Lauofo of Si’ufaga, Ta’ū, Manu’a and the late Fiamaua Siaifo’i Fiu Purcell Tima Lauofo of Leone. Family, friends and supporters have praised her dedication and commitment in reaching this important aviation accomplishment.

With this achievement, Nini joins a very small group of Samoans — especially women — who have successfully earned a Private Pilot License. Her success highlights the growing presence of women in aviation and serves as motivation for future generations interested in pursuing careers in the industry.
