Riyadh Air will begin daily nonstop flights between Riyadh and Manila from September 9, 2026, marking another major expansion for Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier. The route will be operated with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
Flight RX0873 will depart Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport at 1:05 a.m. and arrive at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 3:55 p.m. local time. The return service, RX0874, will leave Manila at 5:25 p.m. and reach Riyadh at 10:15 p.m. Both flights are scheduled to operate daily.
The new service is expected to particularly benefit the large Filipino community living and working in Saudi Arabia, while also providing additional options for business and leisure travellers between the two countries. It will create another direct connection between the two capitals and strengthen links between Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
Manila will be Riyadh Air’s most frequent new destination this month. The airline is also expanding its network with services to Bangkok from September 2 and Manchester from September 19, although the Manila route will be the only one among the three scheduled to operate every day.
The launch is part of Riyadh Air’s wider strategy to rapidly build its international network and connect Saudi Arabia with major cities around the world. The airline has set an ambitious target of serving more than 100 destinations by 2030.
