United Airlines is set to elevate its premium inflight dining experience with the launch of exclusive Chef’s Table-curated menus for Polaris business class passengers beginning August 1.
Developed in partnership with Chef’s Table, the acclaimed brand behind the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series, the new dining program features multi-course meals created by 11 renowned chefs from across four continents. Participating chefs include Nancy Silverton from Los Angeles, Jenner Tomaska from Chicago, and Tomos Parry from London.
Each chef has crafted signature appetizers, salads and entrées inspired by their home cities and United’s global network. Menu highlights include burrata with braised leeks, Brazilian shrimp stew and poached scallops, representing destinations across the airline’s U.S. hubs and international gateways including London, São Paulo and Tokyo.
The special menus will be available on select long-haul international flights through September 2026, with a new lineup scheduled to debut in October. United will also introduce exclusive Chef’s Table content and podcast episodes through its inflight entertainment system, giving passengers a behind-the-scenes look at the culinary collaboration.
