Air France Complies With Israeli Restrictions on Flight Crew Nationalities.

Air France has confirmed it is complying with new Israeli restrictions that reportedly prevent flight crew members of certain nationalities from operating flights to Israel.

The policy reportedly affects citizens of 31 countries, most of them Muslim-majority nations, including Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Algeria and Tunisia.

In a statement, Air France said it must follow the entry regulations established by the authorities of the countries it serves, applying these requirements to both passengers and employees.

The restrictions have drawn attention to how national entry rules can affect international airline operations and crew assignments. Air France has not provided further details in the statement about how the measures are affecting its flight schedules or staffing.
