Passengers Question Air India Express Staff After Delay.

An Air India Express flight from Goa International Airport to Delhi was reportedly delayed by nearly two hours, leaving passengers frustrated. A video shared by @lavin_khetwani shows travellers questioning ground staff about the delay and seeking clarity over their onward travel arrangements.

According to a passenger’s account, a senior citizen travelling home after the recent loss of a family member was already emotionally distressed. The passenger allegedly approached the ground staff politely to ask about the reason for the delay, but claimed that their boarding pass was taken and they were told to proceed without it.

The alleged handling of the situation has drawn disappointment from fellow passengers, who questioned the level of assistance provided to an elderly traveller during a difficult time. Travellers are now urging Air India Express to investigate the incident and review the conduct of the staff involved.

The airline’s response to the allegations was not immediately available. The incident has once again raised concerns about how airlines communicate with passengers and provide support during flight disruptions.
