Phu Quoc Airport Unveils Ocean-Inspired VIP Terminal.

Phu Quoc International Airport has revealed the design of its new VIP terminal ahead of the APEC Summit 2027, showcasing a unique ocean-inspired concept.

The terminal’s design takes inspiration from the spotted eagle ray and the depths of the ocean, reflecting the island’s natural beauty while delivering a premium travel experience for high-level delegates and visitors.

Spanning 8,500 square meters, the facility will serve as a key highlight of a broader infrastructure upgrade aimed at modernizing the airport. The project is expected to significantly enhance passenger handling capacity and operational efficiency.

This development positions Phu Quoc as a rising aviation hub in Southeast Asia, aligning with Vietnam’s vision to strengthen its global connectivity and tourism appeal ahead of the major international event.
