A passenger aboard a United Airlines long-haul flight from London to San Francisco has claimed their journey was disturbed after being seated next to a content creator who spent most of the flight filming.

According to a post shared on Reddit, the traveler had booked a Premium Economy bulkhead seat on what was described as a newly updated cabin service. However, the experience reportedly turned frustrating as the neighboring passenger began recording a review for The Points Guy, setting up camera equipment and repeatedly filming segments throughout the journey.

The passenger alleged that the influencer spoke continuously, re-recording lines and frequently interacting with cabin crew as part of the content. Another major concern was the use of bright lighting conditions, with window shades reportedly kept open for extended periods, making it difficult for others to rest during the long-haul flight.

The incident has sparked wider discussion around the growing presence of inflight content creation. While travel influencers continue to document their journeys, concerns are rising over passenger comfort, privacy, and cabin etiquette. Airlines are increasingly reviewing policies to strike a balance between creative freedom and maintaining a peaceful onboard environment.
