Air Transport Services Group (ATSG) has agreed to sell its subsidiary Omni Air International to OAI Holdings, with the financial terms of the transaction not disclosed. The deal remains subject to regulatory approval.
Founded in 1993, Omni Air International specializes in ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) and charter operations. The airline operates Boeing 767 and 777 passenger aircraft and provides services to customers across international markets.
The transaction is currently expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early 2027, depending on the completion of regulatory requirements. The sale will mark a change in ownership for the long-established U.S. charter and ACMI operator.
