United Airlines has unveiled a new special livery called “Mountain Ascent” on an Embraer E175 registered N645SY. The aircraft features stylized green valleys, evergreen forests and snow-capped mountain peaks across the rear fuselage, blending into United’s familiar blue tail.

The livery was created by United’s in-house creative and brand team and was unveiled by CEO Scott Kirby at a Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce event. The aircraft is expected to enter service in early 2027, flying under the United Express brand with regional partner SkyWest Airlines.

The E175 will serve mountain destinations including Aspen, Vail, Sun Valley and other ski markets. United says the special aircraft reflects its strong connection to Colorado and its growing network serving popular U.S. ski destinations.
