A passenger has publicly alleged they faced discrimination at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport while attempting to travel with easyJet, claiming they were treated unfairly because of their Muslim identity.
According to the passenger, they arrived at the airport well before departure but missed their flight due to what they described as severely understaffed border security. Afterward, they approached an easyJet staff member seeking assistance to book the next available flight.
The passenger alleges that while other travellers were assisted, staff refused to help them without explanation. They further claimed that attempts to escalate the matter were unsuccessful, leaving them and their family stranded at the airport for around 12 hours.
The passenger has since shared the allegations publicly, claiming the treatment amounted to racial and religious discrimination. The claims represent the passenger’s account and have not been independently verified by authorities or easyJet.
