Qatar Airways is reportedly offering highly competitive, tax-free salaries to its pilots, with senior captains earning up to QAR 1.6 million annually, equivalent to approximately ₹4.14 crore or $440,000.
According to Aviation A2Z, captain salaries may range from QAR 900,000 to QAR 1.6 million per year, depending on experience, aircraft type, seniority and flying hours. First officers may earn between QAR 360,000 and QAR 660,000 annually.
The airline’s compensation package reportedly extends beyond basic pay. Pilots may receive company accommodation or housing allowances, transport assistance, concessional travel for eligible family members, medical and insurance coverage, and international layover allowances.
