Employees of AI Engineering Services Limited have reportedly begun peaceful protests across multiple stations including Nagpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata over pending demands and recently introduced company policies. The growing dissatisfaction is now taking the shape of a wider nationwide employee movement.
According to employees, a new office policy introduced on May 16, 2025, has negatively affected resignation rights, career freedom, and professional growth opportunities. Workers allege they are being required to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) before applying for jobs outside the organization, while many applications reportedly remain unanswered.
Employees have also claimed that despite several resignations across the company, many workers are still waiting for Relieving Letters, Experience Certificates, and NOCs. Alongside this, demands have been raised for salary revision, Dearness Allowance (DA), implementation of the Government of India’s new labour code, and a transparent promotion and career progression policy.
Sources say the issue has also reached the Labour Commissioner’s office. Employees further stated that despite working in highly technical aviation roles, salaries and benefits are not matching current industry standards, leading to increasing frustration among the workforce.
