Kuwait Airways has announced the rescheduling of several flights during May as part of the airline’s gradual expansion of operations following the return of services from Saudi Arabia’s Dammam Airport to Kuwait International Airport.

The airline clarified that the changes do not represent complete flight cancellations but are intended to reorganize schedules based on new operating approvals and available capacity. Kuwait Airways said passengers with confirmed bookings will be accommodated on flights as close as possible to their original travel dates.

Affected travelers will also be offered flexible options, including full ticket refunds or retaining the fare value as credit in an e-wallet for future bookings. The carrier added that it continues to increase operations from Terminal 4 at Kuwait International Airport under a phased operational plan.

According to the airline, operations at T4 currently remain partial, with flights operating for around eight to ten hours daily due to ongoing security and operational safety considerations. Kuwait Airways also confirmed that foreign transit flights stopping in Kuwait remain suspended during this phase. To meet rising travel demand ahead of Eid Al-Adha, the airline has increased London services to one daily flight.
