A passenger on an AirAsia flight between Malaysia and Thailand was reportedly restrained by flight attendants after allegedly causing a disturbance and attempting to open the aircraft’s door while the plane was cruising at around 32,000 feet.

The traveler was onboard AirAsia flight AK888 when he reportedly began yelling and behaving aggressively, disturbing other passengers in the cabin. According to reports, cabin crew intervened after the situation escalated and the passenger allegedly attempted to open the aircraft door.

Flight attendants eventually restrained him by securing him to his seat to prevent further disruption and protect other passengers onboard.

The incident highlights the serious risks associated with disruptive behaviour on aircraft, particularly when passengers interfere with doors or safety equipment during flight. Cabin crew are trained to respond to such situations and take necessary measures to maintain the safety and security of everyone onboard.
