Laminar Aviation has congratulated pilot trainee Trina after successfully completing her first solo flight, marking a major milestone in her aviation journey. The achievement represents years of dreaming, dedication, and consistent hard work toward becoming a professional pilot.
Trina shared that aviation had always been a childhood dream, and being able to pursue it still feels surreal. While her pre-solo training came with challenges and moments of self-doubt, she said showing up every day and continuing to fly helped her steadily improve and gain confidence.
According to Trina, every lesson, struggle, and small achievement during training played an important role in preparing her for the solo milestone. She now plans to focus on completing her Private Pilot License (PPL) along with passing her CAAP examinations and checkride in the coming months.
Trina was mentored by Capt. JC and officially released for her solo flight by Capt. Joey. Her achievement has been celebrated by fellow trainees and instructors, who welcomed her to the skies as she continues her aviation journey one step at a time.
